For your convenience, we have added “APPOINTMENT REQUEST” to allow for online appointments, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note that this an an online appointment request. It does not guarantee the appointment day and time selected. Our office will call you to confirm your appointment.

In order to be respectful to the eye care needs of other patients, please give us a 24 hour advance notice if you are unable to show up for an appointment.  A “No Show” or late cancellation without a prior 24 hours notice will be assessed a fee of $30.
