Late Cancellation and No Show Policy

In order to be respectful to the eye care needs of other patients, please give us a 24 hour advance notice if you are unable to show up for an appointment.  A “No Show” is someone who misses an appointment without canceling it.  A late cancellation is considered when a patient fails to cancel their scheduled appointment with a 24-hour advance notice.

There will be assessment of $50 for a “No Show” or late cancellation.
